Subject: In my opinion, the best time for Scotland is August where the temperature is milder and you have the Military Tattoo which should not be missed and the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh. Rome in summer is just beautiful and as for Greece, I went in mid-September and it was still very warm without a drop of rain. Before September, it is too hot.
