Subject: It's true - the train system is very reliable. Where the trains don't go, the buses go. You don't need to rent a car by any means, you just have to be willing to wait for the public transportation. I traveled to Scotland when I studied abroad at Cambridge University, and it was amazing! Enjoy the trip!
