This short work was inspired by a visit in a swedish national park called Tiveden. There is a place called Stenkälla that has really remarkable rock formations. Here Yuu can find a pic http://www.undenas.se/bildarkiv/pages/PICT0383.htm The rocks might not look that big, but most of them are way taller than a man.

Stenkälla
Like a titans playground
that survived the times;
how small does one man feel
in the face of this eternity.

What an amazing place! I think you captured the feel of it. Those giant boulders just strewn about, like some giant toddler threw a tantrum. Thanks for the post, the lovely little poem and the link to the inspiration!

[> [> Very good! Short and eloquent. Like Debi said, you really got the soul of it in a few words. -- Larn, 13:50:57 11/27/10 Sat
