Subject: B-24 CONUS ( ZI) Unit Insignia

I have a picture of a B-24E (stateside) with a disc insignia. The disc has clouds in the upper mid-ground and the center portion has a dog with a bomb or torpedo in its jaws, retriver style. The bomb breaks the disc's outer boarded at 8 O clk postion and the dog's nose breaks the inner border at 4 o clk positon. The dog is salivation off his tongue in the lower left; his tail appears from behind the clouds at the 11/12 o clk positon and the two ears are very prominate in the center of the image against the cloud formations.

Does anyone have images or information on this insignia?

Please email me at philm540@aol.com
