Subject: american bulldog deaf

i have just got an american bulldog and she is 5mths old i have never owned a deaf dog so i dont know how to train her so can any one help me . also can i breed her or not as i dont no much about deaf dog can they past it on to there puppies please help me as i love this dog but if i can not train her i will have to give her up as i have 4 small children
