Subject: Fair Winds and Following Seas

I don't know if this is the right place to post it, but I was just watching an episode of NCIS (in Australia) and at the end of the episode, Gibbs told the widow a Navy Captain whose head was found in the trunk of a stolen car, Fair winds and following seas.
