Subject: Dar, I really could not take CB on another DPB show for awhile, especially NOT NCIS and not as Kate's replacement. I think they are probably wanting some young you know what. I did not watch NCIS, but for some reason flipped on the TV right at that scene, and was so shocked I couldn't remember why I was turning on the TV, then went to bed immediately.

Ducky is over 70
Gibbs is over 50
Tony is 37, he was the cripple on Dark Angel before NCIS
Abby is late 30's
Kate was 30
McGee is early 20's.

So I don't think they're trying very hard to make the show appeal to the younger generation.


Kate and Tony's bantering was the only thing that kept me watching the show. They work well together.

I probably won't watch it next year because the show's dynamics have been thrown off.

Why is it that most of the shows this year are killing off one of its stars? Why can't they just have them move on to another assignment or another life.

Killing people off serves no real purpose. It only alienates the true viewers who love the show.
