Subject: Hey, Ira - Thank you for serving and doing your best for the rest of us a long time ago. Especially on this day, April 30, the thirtieth anniversary of the fall of Saigon. The Screaming Eagles have so much to be proud of. As a member of your generation, it took JAG to remind me of the importance of the military in that time and in this. It was a great show.

[> Thank you for your service, Ira. I honor you. And yes, JAG did a LOT of good to improve America's image of Vietnam Vets. It is my belief that DJE's portrayal of Harm was a force for cultural change in our nation's attitude toward the military in general. -- The Chief, 15:26:15 04/30/05 Sat
