Subject: Oh brother, I'm an idiot. I missed the word "Preview" just saw that CB's new series is out, clicked on the link, and saw the photo of CB's character hugging her husband and looking like she's crying. Ignore me.
In reply to: Theresa 's message, "What looks sad about it? I saw a lot of laughter and triumph in that preview." on 16:32:50 03/16/07 Fri

[> [> [> [> [> I don't think I'd be into it. Looks like it might be kind of soap opera-ish. But I loved that scene with the character "I'm not giving birth in the back of the car!" -- Meg, 00:41:40 03/17/07 Sat

[> [> [> [> [> [> This show is "nothing" like a soap opera at all. Here's a description: "It's very much about the Army wives' world of the Army base and how the wives are dealing with their partner or spouse off fighting the war," she said. "It's not about the war itself; it's not a political statement." "It allows for a sort of range of emotional storytelling to be explored from dramatic moments, fun moments, romantic moments," she said. "It's a unique point of view with nothing like it on TV today." -- Amy, 15:15:10 03/17/07 Sat

[> [> [> [> [> [> I think most shows do get soap operatic. Even Jag got into it. Thanks Theresa for letting me know. CB is a must-see. -- Janel, 19:10:30 03/17/07 Sat
