Gina you might want to try the free DIVX Player, I belive it comes with the latest codec's, I use it when I can't play my videos on WMP or RP.

Thanks. I downloaded a codec service pack and it seemed to have done the trick. Wow, where have I been all these years. You can download anything off the net. Wow.
