Last year the thing that made us very dangerous was that we were an extremely fast & quick team, with Saunders being more than able to hold his own in the middle against most teams. I mean no offense but I see Williams as a clydesdale hitched to a team of throughbreds. Rodrigo, has shown some quickness, and will be a better fit and get major minutes if he is healthy. Otherwise, while I see our big guys getting spot minutes, I would think we will find that our best rotation will be rotating guards (Evans, Bolding, Clark, Duty, BJ, Robinson, Johnson) with Saunders and Marhold in the post. -- Duquesne Dukes Basketball Forum

While Saunders can hold his own in the post, the Dukes will never be any better than we saw last year if we can't get him at the 4. - I think we have plenty of talent to have a very good season even if Rodrigo can not play, however, I agree we need one of our big guys to step up so Saunders can play the 4 to get to the next level. Regarding Williams I did not mean to sound harsh. My only point is I think he is better suited to a 1/2 court game & zone defense, as opposed to Ron's uptempo game. But, who knows Ron may now have a fast ball & a change up pitch. We were more deliberate on offense, and looked good in a zone, against Dayton in the Tourney.
