That is the only part # of four listed for the 87-95 Pathfinder that covers the earliest models, yet it is also specified through 1/95 production, and I'm pretty sure they switched to acorn-style lugs around 1990, so I can't see how they specify the same lugs for both style wheels.

I went back and pulled up the part numbers for the Hardbody truck and found the lug nut part number for the 11/85-7/87 models with the aluminum wheels and got 40224-S2771 and I believe that is correct for your needs.
