Q: I HAVE FINGERNAIL POLISH ON MY CLOTHES, WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE IT?
A: WE TURNED TO OUR FAVORITE HOW TO BOOK, HALEY'S HINTS. HALEY SAYS YOU SHOULD SPONGE THE AREA WITH AN ACETONE BASED FINGERNAIL POLISH REMOVER.

WORK THE STAIN FROM THE OUTSIDE TO THE INSIDE USING A DABBING MOTION, AND THEN WASH IT IN COOL WATER AND DETERGENT. HALEY SAYS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO REPEAT THE PROCESS A COUPLE OF TIMES.

NOW IF THE STAIN IS REALLY STUBBORN AND IT'S ON A DURABLE FABRIC LIKE DENIM, THEN YOU CAN TRY THIS. SPRAY IT WITH OVEN CLEANER, LET IT SIT FOR AN HOUR OR TWO, THEN RUB THE AREA WITH A TOOTHBRUSH AND THEN WASH IT AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD.
