>>I WANT TO BECOME ANAREXIC...... i was, for 6 months i ate less then one thing a week (1 thing usually was crackers of a piece of fruit)i lost 92lbs (45 lbs in the first month and much less every month after), i was 230lbs and to this have never been thin. i had to start eating again after being stuck with many iv's in the emergency room. i wont go into all the pain i was in, lets just say my body tried to shut itself down. turns out not eating for so long causes a lot of damage. go figure. i had been on a million diets and have always exercized atleast 6 hours a week. it has been 2 years sense then. i gained back 30lbs of the weight. now it is practically impossible to lose weight. when you dont eat your metabolism slows. i learned this the hard way. i am in my 20's now and have to work out 2 hours a day just to maintain my weight and eat a normal amount. i am writing this not as a warning, but to give advice. i know anorexia works, i am proof, but i limited myself too much. it was and is all about control. i want to be anorexic again and i hope i will be soon. but this time will be different. i have learned a few tricks i thought i would share. first off, take vitamins, you dont want ur hair to fall out (and that really happened) skip the laxatives (unless u want to wear dipers in a year) and stick to fiber (fibercon or something) that will keep your system functioning peoperly. keep in mind that a pound of fat is about 3,500 calories. seems like a lot, but ur body burns calories 24-7. You have to eat something, but be obsessed with what u put in ur body. find foods with the most nutrient value with the least fat and colories. Total cereal is good for that. eat something like a half cup of cereal with a little skim milk for breakfast and a small serving of vegtables and fruit in the late afternoon. skip dinner if u can. eating at night is pointless, you will not beable to burn it off before u sleep. if u feel hungry and cant resist try taking a couple chewable antacids (will settle an unhappy belly) and remember your stomach size will shrink with time. the most important tips i can think of are
1. know your body and research how many calories you burn while at rest (u burn 60 calories just sleeping, 75 taking a shower)
2. know what ur body needs (do your research, meal replacement shakes and bars tend to have little fat and cal. but provide key nutrients) read lables! if u dont eat anything at all your body will freak, ur metabolism will slow and your body will burn muscle instead of fat. it is ur bodies way of surviving.
3. if you eat a small amount u can easily avoid the constant questioning. i cant even count how many people suddenly became concerned when i stopped eating at school and work.
4. know how to recover, lose about 5 more lbs then u need to so when u start eating again u wont freak about gaining a few lbs
5. stay in control! you want to be thin and healthy not boney and sickly.
6. exercize as often as you can, it is the only way to burn calories.
i hope this helps. dont make the same mistakes i made, the damage is forever. Goodluck
