 ive recenetly been home from school alot so i have nothing to do but go on the computer and eat.im 14 and 2 weeks ago i was 127 pounds.now im 142.i need help and ive been trying to loose weight for a long time.i want to be skinny by the summer.i tried not eating but i get so many craves and just give in.i need help and tips on how to get my mind off of food and more motivation to be skinny.
