 I am 19 years old and 5 foot and 11 inches and everyone thihks i'm skinny because they think i'm tall and thin, but whenever i look in the mirror i do not feel that way. My goal is to loose 23-30 pounds, I just don't know how? If anyone out there has any comments it would be gratefully appreciate it. I'm getting to the point where i feel likei could just starving myself if it came down to that becuase all every other diet plan i have tried hasn't worked and it is very heartbreaking. If you have any suggestions they would be completely appreciate. Thanks alot,
