The rapier buries itself an inch or so in her chest, no further due to her accidental dodge. Breathing heavily, she brings a paw up to the middle area of her chest, feeling the warm blood soaking her shirt. • *makes a split-second decision to take the less deadly hit...he ducks his head to avoid the mace but allows the punch to fully connect. With a loud wheeze, he collapses to the ground on his knees. Forcing himself to ignore his lack of air and sore gut, he launches himself diagonally up so both blades are headed toward Xhanliya's chest but both are beneath her arm level.   • ((damn, wrong name on the last one. ^_^)) **swiftly bringing up her already injured paw to take the thrust, her face hardened in agonizing pain as the rapier bit into her arm. She backed up, swiping the sabre from the dust with a footpaw and catching it gingerly with her macepaw, letting the blunt weapon hang around her wrist. • *finishing his slash, the ferret's rapier carries on downward. Noticing the danger, he increases its speed fast enough to deflect the swing at his back. He manages to hit it just above the hilt, which is enough to cause the weapon to barely miss him.
