Hi! It is very hard to convince law enforcenment to listen to a criminal profiler, because at that time they would admit that they need help to solve a crime. Law enforcenment believe if it wasn't tought (teached) to them in school then your facts a worthless.
I am working in my own personal criminal profiling technique, and every single time I talk about the facts of my technique/ research people including law enforcenment laugh in my face.
My research is base on FDLE information, information that they neglected to analize, information they can't see how important and relevant it is to solve and or reduce crime.
You have to prove yourself in any country or market. Good luck.
