It does not take a whole lot of insight to predict the Authority. It is their job to make the system work safely and efficiently. That simply means get the most for the least. And for the recent past that is what has been happening. Our current leadership has been buffaloed and has missed all the signs. There is no one with a once of sense would tell you that layoffs was the biggest of the three sins no other leader would give up. And now that they have it, they are going to use it. For the first time in our existence, we have layoffs, at least officially. But now that they are here, where do you cut. This I want to see from Roger for in order to run a system as large as this certain criteria should be met before one soul leaves. I hope he knows how.
As far a surplus goes, why didn't Roger get his own subpoena and check first as did leaders in the past? His knowledge. I am afraid my friends that what we have are people in place who are no so sure and are using some opposition individuals for their knowledge for a job at the hall.
This is a sin and I hope that those who do know stand up and stop being used for money. Yes, it happens but if you have a good staff you need not do this. There are enough members out there who can do this job sleeping and with them, I hope they challenge some positions as I will. Buying people is not the answer. Dedication, pay, loyalty and understanding the job is what you need to do. Lets get them back.
