 For every member of the public who says they support this strike, there are about 100 who don't. Stop fooling yourselves, take your heads out of the sand, and look around--people are FURIOUS about this. You're getting almost NO support from the public, and look like a bunch of spoiled children throwing a temper tantrum. No, you won't hear any of this while keeping to your picket lines, or only listening to the hysterics of Roger Toussaint, and that's the problem. What you're not hearing is that most people think you were offered a fair deal, and now just see you as money-grubbing and selfish. People are going to remember this a LONG time--so keep that in mind when you're complaining about the lack of respect the public has for you. You're squandering good will, and get the respect you deserve.
