The time of year is here for nominating Canadian celebrities for the Canada's Walk of Fame. For those of you who don't know, Canada's Walk of Fame is the more recent Canadian equivalent of the Hollywood star walk. You can find out more information about this at
http://www.canadaswalkoffame.com. Other comedic celebrities on the walk of fame include Jim Carrey and Mike Myers.
They're looking for people who are born in Canada or have spent their formative or creative years in Canada, who have been in the business 10 years or longer, and have had an impact on canada's culture - or reputation - either national or international.
And we think Colin fits all that and more. Articles comment on how he helps promote Canada, he's participating in multiple campaigns to help Toronto after SARS and supported numerous canadian charities ... he's definitely deserving of Canada's Walk of Fame.
So what does this mean to you? Well, this year is the second year they're taking nominations from the public. Nominations from people like you. You can write in and tell them that you think Colin is a great choice!
