Sleep is of ut most importance. Sleep as much as you can until then and while you sleep put a hot towel in a plastic bag and wrap it around your neck with a scarf or something, then alternate every few hours with a bag of ice.

Speak as little as possible. If you do speak DON'T WHISPER. It is a common misconception that whispering is better when in reality it is much much worse on your vocal cords.

Now, don't do this last part but a few times. It can cause damage if you overdue it but is a great and healthy quick fix used in the right way. Take a lemon with you to the audition suck on a wedge of it 5 minutes or so before you do the voice over. It will clear the phlem out for a short time so that you can have some clarity. Also drink water until it is coming out of your ears, to lubricate your throat. (Pepermint tea may also help to clear the passageways.) Good luck and keep us posted. I hope all goes well.:-)
