The law firm I worked for had at least 3 cases against a big, national gym for problems in their child care facilities around here. In all cases it seems the staff were not paying attention and little girls were sexually assaulted by an older little boys. One girl was only 10 mos. old and the mother came to pick her up and saw a boy about 9 y.o. fondling her. I have been very reluctant to put the kids in their child care at all. I was surprised to find that they have a corporate membership which enabled me to join for no enrollment and my monthly fees are only $39 for my DH & I. I'm sure these incidents were as a result of the employees' lack of attention or training and I hope that they have changed things a lot. I may put the kids in there while I'm not working since its so inexpensive and if they are together they will be fine I'm sure.
