Subject: upcoming proposal meeting

Proposal meeting? I think it's going to be another horse & donkey show. I believe that Wes has called this meeting because the heat has been turned up under his ass about proper procedures & membersip notification in regaurds to contract negotiations. I feel the only way we will get proper representation, without any (private,behind closed doors agreements)that which happen last contract, I believe the N.L.R.B. should be called in to oversee this years contract negotiations.... ANYBODY DISAGREE?

We do not feel the need for any outside help. Try to keep this crap in house and deal with it at Monday's meeting.

They do not do anything anyway except maybe a slap on the wrist. We need to go on strike that will teach them a thing or two. We will bring the company's to their knees!

You are an idiot. If we went on strike our positions would be temporarily filled by scabs, decorators and management. Eventually we would be permanently replaced. We could never make the money back from a strike. You are thinking dangerously.

if one segment of the group feels they are not being represented, i think that would be more of an issue for the international.....not the nlrb? i would think the nlrb would only be involved if it was company(s) vs the union as a whole, not individual classifications within the membership.
