"So you have no specific event that help was refused. Thats what I thought. Just vague accusations.
By the way Wes wasn't a SS or a BA when the regulars and casuals had the same rate."

pull you head out of your ass, i gave you a specific event, 1982 contract, casuals had the same rate as regulars, a's sold out casuals with wes at the negotiations. 75 cents raise per year for regulars, 37.5 cent raise for casuals.

here's another specific event, 1985 contract, during the last year of the 82 contract the casuals were overpaid by ges, they gave us the entire 75 cent raise instead of just the 37.5 cent raise. by the time the contract negotiations were over, the casuals lost all 75 cents and received no raise for the entire 85 contract so ges could get their over payment back! guess who was sitting in negotiations? that's right!

was that still too vague for you???

Still no specific refusal of help (where someone said "Wes I need your help" like getting fired, and was told no.
How many Casuals became regulars since 1985? 140? 220? So now all these poor casuals were or are regulars, and get by on what work there is left. So why don't you and your big mouth step up and take over contract negotiations since you are complaining about the negotiation of past contracts.
It would be nice if the companies would just hire everyone full time. Oh wait that would make everyone jealous.

i guess i'm really kicking your ass here you might want to quit while your behind. here's why:

"Still no specific refusal of help (where someone said "Wes I need your help" like getting fired, and was told no"

so refusal of help is allways verbal? how about refusal by non-action or using casuals as a bargining chip in negotiations?

'How many Casuals became regulars since 1985? 140? 220'

now your changing the subject cause i'm kicking your ass!

are you giving wes credit for increase of regulars? yeah right!

'take over contract negotiations'

yeah, like that's even a possibility and theyd open the door for me or any other casual.

Why all the history drama? We need to move forward, look to the future of our industry. Never forget the past, learn from it. Make the present better, secure our future!

What does our sexual preference have to do with being good Teamsters and taking part in our Union affairs?
