Cat watched her for a second, then found a place to sit. When ten minutes were up, she opened the pouch containing her Pokeballs and lifted two out. Silently she released the Pokemon from their balls. The light materialised into a Persian and a small white cat-like Pokemon. Looking around, the Pokemon grinned, knowing what they were there for.
Michelle motioned for them to wait, and began to concentrate. She started to glow, and the sky around them became dark. Suddenly a bright beam of light shot straight up into the air, centered around Michelle and blinding anyone in the immediate vacinity. It faded, and Michelle stepped into the shadows, leaving Mew and Persian to continue the diversion. With a mock growl Persian circled Mew, who giggled, then became serious, as if acting in a real battle.
"Mew alone would have been enough for a diversion, but this way both Pokemon will get some training..."
The sky lit up again, as the Pokemon started battling.
