I have a pair of Rutherford black bottom hard shoes - barely worn. We ordered 3 1/2 - that's what my daughter has always worn now that her feet stopped growing, but even though these shoes say 3 1/2 they are definitely 4 or 4 1/2 - they are too big on her.
