I use this link: http://www.betterworldshopper.org/r-coffee.html
to inform when shopping. Starbucks gets a B for social responsibility, up from a B- in my handy little book that is now a few years old.
I can't see YouTube videos from home, so am writing this before seeing it.
However, I think another company, such as Green Mtn Coffee, or contracting with a local coffee shop is a reasonable alternative. And here's another thought - maybe, just maybe, the word 'Starbucks' was used as a general coffee word, like saying 'Xerox' - could we entertain that thought, instead of assuming the worst?
