 Hi all,

There's a very good recap, of the complex political history of the republics that made up the former Yugoslavia, in the book, "Welcome to Sarajevo" (pages 15-26 of the paperback version). The writers style is easy to read and is helpful when one wants to make a public statement about the area or the conflict. Hope this helps.
