 Could have happened, he is only human.
Whether he was laughing too hard, waited too long or his zipper got stuck .... who knows. There are lots of reasons that adults can have an accident.
As for people using common courtesy - when it comes to celebrities there is no such thing!!
Whether it happened or not doesn't really matter to me and like most people, I'm sure it's happened to him sometime in his life, but who cares.
