Hi,

Thanks, that helped somewhat, but when I change the Compose properties and remove "How do you say it" message, it automatically replaces it with "Question:". Is it possible to have no feedback appear in the question box? I can change "Question" in the feedback message to, for example, "--". If I want to eliminate it, can I just put in a space? There is no option in feedback message to add or delete messages.

Another question: I am somewhat confused as to the difference between a cardfile and a deck.

When I create a cardfile, that is empty. I think I then have to create a deck to put into the cardfile.

But can I reuse the cardfile for completely different decks?

Once I link a deck to a card file, how do I empty out all the cards, so I can use the cardfile with a different deck. Right now, if I use one deck and open another deck, it looks like I have to drag and drop the new deck into the open cardfile. But then, if I save it, it saves that deck into the card file. If I open a new deck and drag and drop it to the cardfile, the old deck is still there. Right now, the only way it appears I can eliminate the old deck is to list the box, select all and delete. Is there a more intuitive way to clear a cardfile?

The other aspect that is confusing is the multiple windows. If I have a deck and I list it, it creates a new window. If I then go to compose it creates a new window. If I then make changes to the compose list, does it change the window alread listed? It also appears the cardfiles or decks create multiple files on the disk (vok, b1,b2,b3,bar, etc. and I don't see any documentation explaining that).

I am trying to understand the program, which has lots of potential so I can have my 13 year old use it for school, but the documentation is not clear to me at least on these points.

Thanks very much.
