First of all: you can link as many decks as you want to the same Cardfile. We suggest you to use one Cardfile for every school subject.

On the other hand, Cardfiles are intended for long-term use. When you fill a Deck into the Cardfile, you will mostly want to review it for a long period.

Most users hardly ever need to remove a Deck from the Cardfile, so we did not create an explicit command for this. Of course, as you point out, you can delete the cards from the Cardfile by hand from the List window of a box. But there is a cleaner way to remove a Deck from the Cardfile:

1. In VTrain, close the Cardfile.
2. In Windows Explorer, rename of the Deck provisionally.
3. In VTrain, open the Cardfile again. VTrain will not find the Deck you renamed and remove the linkage between that Deck and the Cardfile.
