You are right, Answer Checks are always case-sensitive when you enter non-English letters (i.e. characters other than A-Z, a-z). The reason for this is that we are using a standard Windows procedure created by Microsoft in pre-Unicode times.

Solving this will imply relatively awkward programming work, since high-case letters (A, B, C...) and their low-case counterparts (a, b, c...) are not always distributed the same way in the Unicode standard!.

More specifically, several different approaches will be necessary:

- A routine for Western European characters and the Russian alphabet (as used for modern Russian).
- A routine for additional Latin and Cyrillic alphabets.
- A high-case/low-case mapping table for a bunch of "standalone" characters, one by one.
- A combined approach for the Greek alphabet.

We have added this feature to our to-do-list, but please take into account that this list contains detailed descriptions of hundreds of new features and improvements, so please be patient.
