You are right - the Ctrl+Alt combination (AltGr key on some keyboards) is not supported for the Virtual Keyboards in VTrain.

The reason is, such shortcuts are mostly used for system-wide actions (rather than for actions restricted to a program) in Windows, such as launching programs. Using them for accents might cause conflicts and be a nuisance for novice users.

Anyway, we will add this features to our to-do-list.
