You are right, the scrolling feature makes the List window flicker. This is due to our using a proprietary drawing algorithm to display the List window (instead of the edit controls used in Compose or Train windows, which are 'closer' to the operating system). But, since this is a cosmetic issue, we prefer to give priority to implementing new features than to mend this one.
