The level of speed increase(everywhere)seems to me to directly in line with the level of idiocy of those driving the vehicles.No control and no thought for other road users or pedestrians seems to be the order of the day.I see they have now filled the gaps between the speed humps in the Swffryd,let's hope that works for them.I can't see the 20mph limit being effective as too often all speed limits are ignored.
