Subject: 73 new houses

hello everyone. I have recently been told about the plan to build 73 new house on the mountain side behind Hill Crest View and Valley View (where i live). I knew that this was looked into in the early 90'sbut was told the plans were rejected (?). I am only 20 years old but i grew up playing on the mountain with friends and walking with my family and i feel it would look just as bad if not worse than the wind turbines that were considered last year.The amazing views would be destroyed along with the small community character that Cwmtillery has. Also, essecially during heavy rain the water that runs down the mountain behind my house is quite unnerving so surely the houses planned will suffer from it even worse? If anyone knows more about this or is planning to fight against this please email me.
