Actually, It's already happening. I read in the paper almost weekly of teenagers who are now in SUV's, mostly used and they are flipping over becuase the kids are speeding and can't negotiate curves. Also, they almost always have numerous passengers and they are almost always not strapped in.
PS We even have knuckleheaded parents in our neighborhood buying these ridiculous vehicles for their kids.
