Primeval: Climax of the main season arc.

"Hang on. I think I might've detected a small flaw." Spike's motto. :-)

And then in correcting the flaw he inadvertently clues Buffy in to what happened...

The Scoobies again follow their pattern of coming back stronger after a blowup. Something Spike can't realize because he hasn't been around them long enough.

I like the little touch of Tara automatically starting to say Willow is there, and then remembering the Willow/Buffy argument.

Also like the reconciliation scene. Especially the part where everyone realizes that the bits of info they've been arguing about all came from Spike. Of course, it isn't JUST Spike, as Willow and Buffy later admit.

Neat how Xander inadvertently coming up with the suggestion that leads to the solution.

The Colonel keeping to his usual low level of competence.

Perhaps Riley's finest moment. Nearly paralyzed but still manages to cut out the chip so he can help Buffy. Then tricks Forrest into destroying himself.

And the joining spell itself. Metaphorically right--the Scoobies combined being much more powerful than any of them alone.

(Pay attention to the order that the cards are played.)

Spike ironically ends up saving a bunch of lives. Despite his wishes at this point, he is only being effective when he's HELPING the Scoobies.

And we close on some powerful people deciding to permanently shut down the Initiative.

Blind Date: Mostly a stand-alone. Lindsey finds his limit as he allies with Angel to save some children from an assassin. And then (as we learn in the next episode) goes right back to Wolfram & Hart.

Angel does get his hands on some important scrolls...
