1) 95%. I'm almost certain I'll go.

2) It'd be nice to be close in, but even if I can afford it, I don't want others to be excluded by a higher price. Close to a Metro stop would be nice, though.

3) Probably not an issue for me (although w/my contract renewal coming up, I won't know for sure till the end of the month), since I live in bus range & am willing to share a room. But again, I'd like as few as possible of us to be excluded.
