Subject: Date in Episode (vs date of episode)

I was wondering if anyone knew of a reference that might have the date a Buffy/Angel episode occured, according to the script (or story, or as in the "Verse").

This opposed to the air date, which sometimes intended to be similar or the same (Halloween episodes, Buffy's birthday, Christmas, etc). Others its not so clear. I figured this is important to any further story extending...

For example, Any help in making sense of the message in Angel 5.02 "Just Rewards", at the start "Nineteen Days Earlier", refering to Buffy Episode 7.22 "Chosen" (both showing Spike's flash-firing up). "Chosen" seems to be happening in the late Spring time.

Angel 4.22 "Home", the limo takes Angel to see Conner than to Sunnydale to bring Buffy the Amulet (Buffy 7.21/7.22 "End of Days"/"Chosen".

Angel 5.05 "Life of the Party" said to be Halloweeny time frame.

Its the "Nineteen Days Earlier", the specificness of it that bugs me. Can't see to reconcile it...

(Fold in something like Nancy Holden's book "Queen of the Slayers" and a date of series reference is in need indeed).
