Just trying to see if its possible to cause Sophist to say, "Oh right, that should've been on my list." So I offer these ten runners up:

Blood Ties: "Is this blood?"

Helpless: "I don't know you."

The Gift: "You can just...hand it over the threshhold." "Come in, Spike."

The Gift: "Go on. Tell me to kill my sister." One of the most dramatic ensemble scenes they ever did IMHO.

Entropy: "Before my chivalry runs out."

Entropy: "I don't owe you anything. You left me, Xander," to "When things fall apart, they fall apart so hard."

Fool for Love: "What's wrong?"

Who Are You: "I'm Buffy. I have to do this." and following.

Well, did I have any luck?
