I was there for nearly 1/2 hour starting a little before 11. Looks like you came in 10-15 minutes after I left. Guess we both shoulda posted an invite! I'm trying again, though, if you or anyone else wants to do the same.

The wedding was, as Allan Sherman used to say, "Van Nuys." I saw cousins by the dozens (well, not quite), many of whom I don't see that often. The bride's family apparently is quite moneyed, 'cause they did it up somethin' righteous. Case in point: at least a 10-piece band. Now I've had a taste of how the other 20% (shrunk from half in today's economy) lives. I'm really glad I could go, but considering travel/lodging costs, I'm also glad my family's summer o' love is over. The other highlight of this trip was getting together w/mamculuna (waves in the general direction of Berkeley)!
