IKON INTERNATIONAL TALENT MANAGEMENT was founded in Toronto Canada 2003. Our goal is to establish an honest agency with strong values and high standards.
We are looking for fresh faces with a unique looks, of all ethnic backgrounds. We represent women & men ages 15-30. We are willing to take on talents ages 13-15 if we think they have what it takes. We work in the area of runway, fashion, print, film, television, radio, advertising, and special events. All talents must live in Canada and can not be signed with another company, and can not be on any other websites. Any talents at are on other websites must be reviewed by management. All talents living outside of the Toronto area must have working transportation. We do not have any FEES . We are looking for talents from Hamilton ,Vaughan, Richmond Hill,Markham,Etobicoke,Bramppton,York,Mississauga and surrounding areas.

IKON INTERNATIONAL is in development stage with most of our talents . Some of our talents are available for TFP and Creative assignments to help build their books.

We will only contact individuals who we feel have potential. We do not except any adult talent or pictures. We does not promote any adult (xxx) talents take on that kind of work. Artist nudes or parts modeling only.


We currently looking to build relationships with casting directors, entertainment related businesses, photographers, make-up, hair, fashion stylist and fashion designers clothing & shoes stores to work with us. You must have minimum of 2 years experience or college diploma and provide 6 work references, a business card and an online website with your portfolios.

IKON INTERNATIONAL does not pay for any talents or clients travel expenses, when we have talent searches, open calls and interviews e.t.c. Clients who want to book any of our talents must pay of all travel & hotel expenses in full.

Photo shoots

All talents will be required to sign a talents release form IKON INTERNATIONAL giving rights to the images prior to shooting, talents may appear in our print/media advertisements, looks books, company web site, agency books, portfolios, business/comp cards and other forms of promotional materials. Talents selected receive free publicity, exposure and some great photos/tears for their books.

The photo shoots are free for talents depending on the photographer. All talents are required to pay for his/or her own prints depending on the photographer, standard industry size is (9x11 or 9 x 12), minimum 2-4 prints. Portfolio book, comp cards must be paid for by the talent. These fees will pay by the talent to the photographers, make-up , hair & fashion stylist not the agency. Photos will be used for marketing and promotional purposes only. The talent search & open call is open to established talents and new faces to promote the newly launched agency. The shoots are local and will take place in Toronto or surrounding areas.

Booking Conditions Rates

Talent rates are applicable to session time only. All usage will be negotiated separately. There is 24 hours before booking any of own talents. Length of booking must be specified at time of confirmation, and cannot be shortened after talent has accepted bookings, must be paid for length specified, even if model is not used for full time. If client does not exercise his/her option to release or confirm tentative bookings within 24 hours, the agency reserves the right to cancel the booking, allowing secondary bookings to take precedence. Client or talent may cancel tentative bookings at any time at no charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations of definite bookings made within two working days prior to such bookings will be charged at half fee. Cancellations made within one working day prior to booking will be charged at full fee. Cancellation of trips or full week bookings must be made one week prior to booking; otherwise full fee will be charged up to a maximum of three working days.

Payment

Payment is required within 30 days from the date of invoice. All payments should be sent directly to agency and not through the talent.


We accept cheque or money orders only no personal cheques ,Make Payable To: IKON INTERNATIONAL TALENT MANAGEMENT All commissions must be accompanied by the corresponding paperwork so that we can properly apply your payment. A photocopy of the payment stub that you receive from the production company must accompany your payment to the Agency. Payments cannot be properly applied without the correct information, so a copy of your paperwork is essential! If you are paying for more than one job, include paperwork for each booking.

Requirements

All talents will be required to follow up with IKON INTERNATIONAL on a weekly basis. All talents and clients given contracts or any other business related information must remain confidential, discussions and emails. We require all talents to have a valid photo ID, SIN card, passport, e-mail address, telephone number and person cell phone number. All talent ages 15-18 must have a high school diploma or have a B+ standing.

Talent Requirements

Actors: Women & Men Height : 5'0 Age: 15-30

Fashion/Commercial Models: Women & Men Age: 15-25 Height 5'7-6'6

Other talents age: 18 + singers, dancers, promotional talents

Style of dance we are looking for are Hop-Hip, R & B, Reggae, e.t.c

We have open calls two times a week and will be by appointment ONLY!
