I have a friend who has lived with lymes for over 10 years since being bit by a deer tic. I have had to watch the deteriation and lack of help to get the treatment she needs to try to live a comfortable life.... Christine (my friend) is at such a stage now and in so much pain that she started an official hunger strike on monday 14th February.... this is drastic I know but nobody will provide the test and treatments she needs anybody that can help would be greatly appreciated or just information on anywhere that would test her..local doctors have passed her round in circles and she is blind and virtually bedridden.
