well having read all of the books, I wouldn't recommend them to teen's who are impressionable. the obsessiveness of Bella' for Edward was a bit troublesome for me and I a few years from being a teen. I also found them diffcult to read at certain parts in all the books. just when I would think 'ok, i'm liking the way this book is heading' it would slam into a brick wall which took pages and pages to get around. this happened in each book unfortunately.

He says Edward is like a drug to her and that Jacob would've been more like the sun. -- Ana, 11:54:00 12/10/07 Mon

[> [> [> Yep, just had to add my 2 cents since I just finished Eclipse last night. Jacob is EXACTLY right about how Edward is like a drug to Bella. It's the most "grown up" thing he's said and really made me like him as a character. Sure he was manipulative with Bella, but then everything Jacob does is based on pure emotion whereas Edward's actions always seem to be carefully thought out. I like that the two guys are so polar opposite. Makes for great conflict in the developing storyline. -- Patrice Michelle, 06:36:47 02/22/08 Fri
