I was truly touched by that scene. It's not an easy ( if not inpossible ) thing facing such a tremendous fear as loss of control after what he had been put through. He cared so deeply by then that he totally swallowed his own emotional pain/fear of being tied down and vunerable. Not only was Nicolas a beautiful man, scars and all, he has a gentle soul and deep compassion. I melt for a tortured hero like that. -- RBL Spoiler Board
