] Date Posted: 2/06/03 1:29am Dear Contributors, It's just gone 9 am 2/6/3 and the BBC has released "breaking news".They couldn't wait. You'd think they've were reporting a cure for cancer.According to the Halifax house prices rose 1.5%.I wonder if anyone would like to answer these few questions? 1)How do they work this out? as other surveys are now showing month on month declines. 2)Are the public at large buying it? or should I ask "Are the buying public buying it?" as the news will be most welcome to the ones who have recently bought. 3)2)When is it likely that they will "throw in the towel"?
