i remember as a kid in the 70s going to the ginos at frankford &linden ave. in ne philly. they had "ginoland" in the back, it was a huge rolling barrel as the entrance that you had to go through to get to the playground that was "ginoland" (imagine the lawsuits today)but it was the best, i have such fond memories of our whole family playing there. my dad also used to take us to the corner where there was a farm & we used to feed the chickens.(its funny because its such a busy intersection now to think there was a farm there lol )the funny thing about ginos is that i always thought it was a monkey in a football helmet holding the bucket of kentucky fried chicken (as a kid i didnt know about any football players named gino. lol anyway sorry to ramble but it was such a great memory to be, i'll never forget ginos & the ginos giant, if anyone has pictures i'd love to see ginoland again. thank for everything paul ruf ne philly
