Worked at the Gino's at Frankford and Fanshaw. I was the fry guy counter man, Jerry was the "chicken man" as we called him, John was the grill guy, and I think Dave worked all over. anyone remember the fry vacum to get the crums out and make the oil look good again, how about the potato peeler? big drum with like sand paper on the bottom.Our BOSS was a body builder can't remember his name always wore the tight shirt to show off his arms.
This is back 1965-66 $1.25 per hour but all you could eat when no one was looking
